About Us

 Sean O’Neill, CPA, attended Binghamton University for Economics and SUNY Old Westbury for Accounting then subsequently joined EY’s Business Advisory Group in Quantitative Serves and RSM’s Audit practice. Within EY I worked on technical tax including cost segregation and complex revenue recognition changes within ASC 606, at RSM Sean worked on both private and public company audits in the Construction & Infrastructure industry. With a CPA license and hands-on finance background, Sean delivers technically sound and commercially practical services for Contractors of all sizes. 

  John Havens, CPA brings a unique combination of discipline, leadership, and financial acumen to the firm. A former U.S. Marine who served in the Battle of Fallujah, John brings a mission-focused mentality to every engagement. After his military service, he earned his degree from the University of Buffalo and joined RSM's Audit practice, where he specialized in middle-market audits. John later transitioned into industry, leading FP&A for a major healthcare organization. His deep understanding of both audit and operational finance makes him a trusted advisor for clients navigating growth, complexity, and compliance in the Florida market.
